On Sunday 27th July Listry U8 boys and girls travelled to Cromane to take on the local side.On a beautiful morning in Cromane both teams served up a very exciting game of football. The 17 Listry U-8s played great football throughout the game.Our team displayed all the skills of the game, good kicking, hand passing and a feature of Listry’s play was the amount of block downs they executed. Well done to our wonderful team and coaches. Thank you to U-8 manager Fergus Clifford and his assistant’s on the day,Tim Fitzgerald and Ger Tangney.Thank you to all the great parents from Listry for supporting the team.Thank you to Cromane GAA club for hosting the game and thank you to Listry and Cromane U-8s for playing the game in a sporting manner. PS. No training next Friday night, parents and coaches have the month of August off,Listry summer camp is on from 5th to 8th August.
