On a splendid evening for football in Beaufort both teams served up a good sporting contest. Playing into the entrance goal the Listry/Keel combination raced into a 1.04 to no score lead. Fossa hit a purple patch of their after this and were level by the 15 min mark. It was score for score after this with Listry/Keel just edging it by the minimum at the short whistle. Half time score:Listry/Keel 2.06Fossa         1.08.
Our boys started the second half well and led by 3 after 5 mins. Fossa began to get a stranglehold after this and would finish stronger getting two late goals to clinch it. Well done to our players who played well and battled hard til the end.Well done to Damien, Kevin who along with Moss and Eoin from Keel have put in a big effort along with the players. We can look forward to the county league with optisim. This will commmence on June 19th
