Miltown Listry Ladies played Austin Stacks in Listry on Saturday. It was a very exciting and entertaining game even though conditions weren’t great, this didn’t stop the girls from both teams of giving a great display of football.  At half time Milltown Listry had a good lead with the wind in their favour .  The second half was a different story with Austin Stacks having the advantage of the breeze and they ploughed their way back into the game and gave us a very exciting finish.
Final score was Milltown Listry 3 goals and 9 points to Austin Stacks 2 goals and 7 points.  Well done to both teams for a great display.
