the famous green and white colours for the first time and can be very
proud of their display.Listry were brave, strong and played some great
football.Listry kicked some great scores which were wildly supported by
the great parents of Listry.

Listry U-12s played Kilgarvan at 2pm and this was also a cracking
game.Listry were unbeaten in the run up to this game with victories
over Lispole, Scartaglen and Cordal. The first half was played at a fast
pace with both teams scoring great goals and kicking some great points.
Kilgarvan scored 5.3 in the first half to Listry’s 3.6. Kilgarvan were
ahead at half-time by 3 points after playing against the wind. However,
Listry as they have done in all their games scored more in the second
half than in the first even if it was against the wind.Listry scored 6-
4 to Kilgarvan’s 2-1 to leave a final score Listry 9-10 Kilgarvan 7-4,a
12 point win for Listry and a 15 point turn-around.This was a great
performance from Listry and credit must go to coaches Jeremy Wrenn and
Mike Dwyer who have this team moving nicely and always make sure all
the panel is used.Next game is the final game in phase one of the
league and it’s a top of the table clash with Brosna. The game is fixed
