Juvenile Update

It proved to be another very busy week for the Juvenile section of the club. Our U14s combined wit Keel were first into action on Monday night last away to Glenflesk. We had a good win on a scoreline of 4.18 to 2.10. We play Beaufort at home in Allman Park on Monday June 22nd at 7.30. Next up were our U16s who are also combined wit Keel on Wed night and they also had a good win away to Kenmare on a scoreline of 3.11 to 1.07 in Rd 1 of the county league. U16s are away to Gneevguilla on Wed 23rd at 7.30 in Rd 2 of the county league. Our U8 girls travelled to Fossa on Thurs night where they enjoyed a great game against Fossa. Our U10s played Milltown Castlemaine on Fri evening in Allman Park. We fielded two teams and both played very well. On the same evening our U8 boys travelled to Milltown where they also played two very competitive games against the locals. Last up were our U12s on Sunday evening in Allman Park. This was the final game in Phase 2 of the county league. Our panel put in a fantastic performance on the night winning on a score of Listry 5.24 Lispole 5.11.  The U12s have managed to win all their five matches in Phase 2 while obviously playing very well at the same time. We’ll done to all the panel and to the trainers: Tony Dowd, Damien Clifford and Sean O Sullivan. The U12s will now take a well deserved break before gearing up for the East Kerry league which will prob take place in September.
