Firies U-11 blitz Sat.11th August.

Congratulations to the Listry U-11 team who competed in the annual Firies GAA club blitz.Listry were missing a few players because of injury and holidays but we got 11 players together and as always the boys and girls played their hearts out for the green and white.We played Ballymac,Glenflesk and Dr.Crokes.Most of our players were U-10 and some are only 8,but,our team showed they have the appetite for battle and things look good for next years U-12 team. Thank you to Sean Walsh and Bernard Murphy for coaching the team.Thank you to all the parents for supporting the team.Thank you to Roger Donoghue and Firies GAA club for the invitation to attend.
