On Friday 18th May,Listry Junior footballers opened their Co.league campaign with a 3-11 to 0-7 victory over a sporting St.Michaels /Foilmore team in Allman park. A good performance from the panel and great leadership displayed from the senior players. Mature players  Mike Dwyer( senior trainer),Mike Quirke (U-6 coach),Jonathan Sparling, Mark Curran(U-6 coach) and Jonathan O’Connor( assistant to senior coaches) epitomise great club men. It was a good evening for young team members Gearóid Murphy, Paudie Horgan and Seán Buchanan playing their first senior game for Listry. Well done to Brendan Twiss who refereed the game.
