Listry GAA would like to send deepest condolences to The Courtney Family and friends on the recent death of Denis Courtney RIP Rockfield.

Denis has left an amazing legacy and his devotion to Listry GAA has impacted the lives of Listry GAA members, supports and players. He was a source of inspiration to all that knew him, and a great role model to the juvenilles supporting them from the sideline up to the Senior level, attending all matches in all weather condition, even during his short illness.

He was a long time member of Listry GAA, been Chairman in the mid 80’s and again from 2011 – 2016. He was also a delegate in the Kerry Co. Board.

Denis has touched the hearts of many for his kindness, dedication and hard work he contributated to Listry and Listry GAA.
